CONTAINER SESSIONS

4 LIVE online sessions with a closed group of entrepreneurs. In each session, we’ll feature an expert who will share their teachings, followed by a private facilitated conversation around the topic. 

We'll have a week between sessions, giving us time to integrate. With special materials you can use to keep the practice going.

These will be informal and personal sessions, tailored to the group. We encourage active participation in the conversations - but this is entirely up to you!

PRACTICE & GUIDANCE

Each gathering will include a guided meditation or mindful practice, which we'll experience together as a group.

We will always have space for questions.

*There will also be more opportunities to connect with our ‘special guests’, and additional follow-on programs will be offered to go deeper into the practices introduced.

What to expect

This program is designed to help entrepreneurs immerse themselves in a variety of mindfulness learnings and practices, learning together with a private group of like minded creators. Putting this into practice will be up to you, but we will be there to guide you along the way. 

Each session will introduce a new concept, which we will get to know with our closed group. Understanding & supporting the entrepreneur's perspective when it comes to:

Who is this for?

This program is designed to help entrepreneurs and creators working on bringing a mindful & conscious perspective into their business & leadership. We’re building a close knit community to connect, learn and grow together.

How can I join? 

We have a limited number of spots available, to keep the intimacy & personal touch. To join, we ask that you sign up before August 20, 2021. Help us get to know you & build a tailored program to fit.

How much does this cost?

To join the closed group & participate, we ask for one payment of €770. This includes 4 private group sessions, plus 1-on-1 call, over the course of 8 weeks. Payment plans are also available (see application).

If you are not able to afford this, please let us know in your application. We’re happy to help find a solution for you to join!

What happens afterwards?

This will be the first round of this program - how exciting! This will continue with another round, multiple times per year. Each time, we'll dive deeper into the topics with new, special guests.

As an alumni of the program, you will also get free access to future sessions.

We'll be guiding you along the way.
